We see belonging as a powerful idea and a force to create positive, inclusive, change. Through collaboration, integration and community, we can create an environment where everyone can thrive.
We are passionate about supporting and empowering individuals from UK minority backgrounds, those from low-income backgrounds and LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace, as business leaders and business owners, in spaces for culture and education.
To have a lasting impact and create real change, there is to consider when thinking about what is commonly called “equality, diversity and inclusion”. We think that traditional ED&I work does not go far or broad enough. We underpin that traditional thinking with the concept of belonging, acknowledging that these conversations and changes are challenging, and that they can’t be successful without the involvement of us all.
